Relax in the comfort of your home and follow along. "Yoga Images"  photo DVD will guide you through three different posture sequence's. You've practiced two of the sequences approximately 60 minutes each sequence at Intro to Comfort Yoga® . The third "BONUS" sequence includes some new postures and can be either 5 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes depending on what your day allows.
